Custom Pirates and Ninja's

My latest custom order has been for little pirate sister and brothers and little ninja's. For this order the customer wanted bags with drawstrings so I came up with bags with the same pirate fabric, but different top edges so that the boys know which one belongs to them.

Little pocket pirates are just so much fun to make.

I can just imagine the adventures they will have together.

With the pirates I also made them these two ninja's

Gosh it has been a long time since I made ninja's.
Maybe I should make some more.......

Pirate time....

I had a custom request for a pirate a few weeks ago and was really looking forward to make him.
I'm happy to introduce to you this little pirate .

His eye patch can be removed and he can show you his pretty grey eyes.

The cutlass and belt are made from wool felt .

Gosh, I had so much fun making him.
I need to make more pirates.....
I also made a pirate out fit for his sister doll.
Dress , eye patch and hat.

Sweet little Hanna

 This is sweet little Hanna.
Little Hanna is one of those dolls that makes me happy every time I look at her.
I don't really know why, but she does make my heart sing!!!!

I'm sure a big part of it is her cute face

but the colors must have something to do with it too.

Everything works so well together.
Her reversible dress, the jacket and the pink hair band, well and of course the hair....

Little Hanna found a new home and is looking forward to meet her new family.

Custom girls

I got to make 3 custom cuddle dolls for a local lady recently.
2 sister dolls and one for a niece .
She fell in love with the purple matryoshka fabric and so each doll got some of it ,
either for body fabric or as dress.

I love how they turned out.
Faces, colors and all.

This is the other side of the reversible dress.

This little girl turned out to be very cute as well.
The little pig tails give her just that little extra sweetness.

I sure hope this dolls make their new mamas happy.

Pocket Doll and Bunnies

I had made a pocket doll the other day and as so many times it didn't stay around for long.
They are a big hit with little girls and even grown ups.
I understand that. I love them too.
They just sit so nicely in your hand and are the perfect size to take everywhere.

SOLD

A few new bunnies came to the market as well and are now in my Etys shop.

Some boyish pattern.....

and this pink one.

You have met Celeste already if you follow my blog.

But now everything is done and she is looking for a new friend that will love her.
She is 16 inches /40 cm tall.

She loves her new dress and apron and wanted to show you how cute it looks in the back.

Did you know she has her own teddy now two?
He's just the perfect size for her and she tries to take him everywhere.

Here she shows you her pink leggings and velour shirt. and the nice warm knitted cotton jacket.
It is getting already cooler in our neck of the woods and they will come in handy soon.

A little girl needs some pink PJ's  and Celeste has some as well.

Here you see all her clothing

Well this little silly girl had enough of all the picture taking and I think she might be ready for bed.

Nite, nite Celeste!

A custom doll ready to go

Last week I finished this sweet red haired doll for a local customer.
The customers daughter is going to spend some time in Africa and she wanted a doll that resemble her.
How sweet is that?

I really love how the hazel eyes and the red hair work so well with the colors of her clothes.

I found an African themed fabric in my stash to make the skirt.
Proofing again that fabric hoarding has it's purpose.
