Pocket Doll and Bunnies

I had made a pocket doll the other day and as so many times it didn't stay around for long.

They are a big hit with little girls and even grown ups. 

I understand that. I love them too.  

They just sit so nicely in your hand and are the perfect size to take everywhere.

My mom doesn't have facebook , but I know she checks here to see what I have been up to. 

 Dear Celeste has a new dress, but is still waiting for the apron to go with it and her PJ's.

Somehow other things are always coming up to be finished first.

She is soooo patient.

New items....

 I have been busy making new items for my market stand.

Some items were almost done and just needed finishing, others were made new.

  Something new in my assortment are bags.

They are the right size to be book bags  or just to carry your favorite items.

Some wonderful co-vendors on the Farmers Market

Yesterday was another great, sunny day at the farmers market.

Many people came out to see and buy what we have to offer and to socialize.

 Here are some of the wonderful ladies that have stands around me .

She makes and sells gluten and refined sugar free products.

Lise from My Zenitude raises Alpacas and sells their wool as well as Merino wool and knitted items.
Lise also creates beautiful felted creations like scarfs for example.

New items for the market

I have been busy over the last few weeks , creating items for the market.

Still not even close to being done, but a great start.

This is Lucy

She is a 12 inch cuddle doll

 Her cotton dress is reversible and has velcro closure for easy dressing

 How about this cute pocket pirate with bag?

The bag has a velcro closure and can be hung from a belt loop.

I think he's just too cute!

 This little girl comes with a flower purse 

Then there's also a pocket gnome with a mushroom hat and mushroom.

I also made a bunch of new Mini Babies......

.......and Bunny Blankets.

Another Saturday.....

Market stands are a thing that is in constant progress.

After seeing my pictures from last week I really felt it needed some improvement.

I'm already much happier with the layout.

Some new items were added, a pocket pirate and gnome with mushroom hat , 2 owls and a couple of bunny blankets. 

I will post some pictures tomorrow.

At the market....

Saturday was my first day on the local farmers market.

It's a bustling market with your local farmers and businesses selling produce, honey, maple syrup, baked goods, gluten free products,wool and wool products and a good variety of crafts.

There's also always some entertainment in form of music, face painting and balloon animals for the little ones.

I'm very excited to sell my creations now locally as well.

 It still needs some work and I have already some ideas for improvements, 

but I'm glad that I made it this far. 

 :)
